Refund policy

Refund eligibility, approval and processing time are determined by the marketplace or payment provider where you made the purchase, under its applicable policies and mandatory consumer law. This applies to purchases through Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store and Lemon Squeezy. RedactFirst does not promise a separate refund window or a refund outcome.

For Apple App Store purchases, use Apple’s purchase support or Report a Problem service. For Google Play or Microsoft Store purchases, use the refund process in the respective store’s order history or support. For purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy, use the support link in your order receipt.

If you need help finding the right request channel, email support [at] redactfirst.app with your order ID and the marketplace where you purchased. We can guide you, but the applicable marketplace or provider handles the refund decision and processing.

This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights of withdrawal, remedies for defective digital content and rights under the laws of your country, state or province.
